So I have had a 56 miles per week average and so far this week I am at 34 miles. I just did 9 miles this AM. But this coming Sunday (that will count towards next week) I have the Scranton 1/2 marathon. So I do have to taper/recover before then. So maybe I will do 10 miles more this week total.
